In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and any payments received for unavailable items will be refunded accordingly.

7. Delivery Service

Palace Landscaping and Palace Garden Centre offer delivery services for plants, pots, landscaping materials, and other items that may be too large or heavy for customers to transport themselves.

• Delivery services are available on orders above €75.00 and are subject to a delivery charge.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery location, order size, and nature of the products purchased.
• Delivery charges are based on the delivery zone and will be confirmed at the point of sale.
• Delivery is made to ground-floor level only. Where additional equipment, such as a high-up/lifter, is required, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the associated costs, including obtaining any necessary permits.
• Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, traffic or transport disruptions, peak seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable and safe access to the delivery location.
• Upon delivery, customers should inspect all items and notify the driver immediately of any damage or issues. Live plants, trees, and other perishable products must be inspected upon delivery, and any concerns reported promptly.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with Palace Landscaping and Palace Garden Centre until full payment has been received.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition;
• Products must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase;
• Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase or receipt, unless otherwise specified by applicable consumer legislation.

The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

• Live plants, flowers and perishable goods;
• Custom-made or special-order products;
• Goods damaged through misuse, neglect or improper care.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Palace Landscaping Ltd. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable Maltese consumer protection legislation.

9. Loyalty Scheme

Our Loyalty Scheme is a scheme launched to offer our customers additional benefits when shopping at Palace Landscaping & Garden Centre or on our website.

• Points are earned on the total amount spent excluding promotional discounts.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once a €5 points threshold is reached, the discount is applied automatically on your next purchase.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice.
• We will process your personal data following GDPR regulations and it will be kept confidential. We may also like to use this data to inform you of any special offers we might have in the future.
• Should you wish to opt out of this agreement kindly ask any one of our staff members for assistance or email us on info@palacelandscaping.com and all your details will be permanently removed from our records.
